Ford 9 Inch Round Back Rear End Housing with 31 spline axles and hardware.
57" wide track width; Centered rear end pinion yoke between wheel flanges when center section is installed.
this rear end will measure 57" wide when big bearing 9" Ford Axles are installed with 2.5" brake spacing.
flanged 31 spline axle axles have 3.15" bearings installed
axles are cut to length to match the housing, 30.1" passenger side and 25.8" driver side.
axles have three bolt patterns in all axles, 5 x 4.5" small ford, 5 x 4.75" GM and 5 x 5".
Hub register size is 2.78" OD.
Housing will measure 52" from housing end to housing end
1/2" press in wheel studs included, 1.5" long for street and custom wheels.
reconditioned small web hump back center with new 3" x .188" wall DOM tubing.
tubes are sleeved for strength
4 bolt axle retainers included, Big Ford New Style with 3/8" bolt holes
3/8" t-bolts kits included
housing ends are New Style big ford (Torino) with .375" (3/8") bolt holes, refer to housing end drawing in Pictures
new studs installed in housing
Most of the housings have a stock fill plug in back cover
we can install 3/4 npt drain plug on bottom of housing if requested
